Booking & Cancellation Policy

A valid card may be required to secure your appointment.
All appointments require confirmation. Appointments not confirmed may be automatically canceled.
We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment canceled or adjusted based on the remaining available time.
For prepaid appointments, the full service amount may be retained.
If time allows, we may offer a shortened or modified service within the remaining appointment time.
Our gel polish services are guaranteed for 3–5 days. If you experience any issues during this time, we will gladly correct them free of charge.
Repairs requested after 5 days will be subject to an additional service fee.
All services are non-refundable.
If a client is unable to attend their appointment, the payment cannot be refunded and may be transferred as a deposit toward a future appointment, subject to our cancellation policy.
